Ira Saree set in Pyaazi

The Ira saree, Kavya choli, and Ira dupatta - all plant-dyed Pyaazi with madder root.

The Ira saree in georgette, has a hand-embroidered metallic badla border running along the edges. It is 6m in length.

The Kamya choli in handwoven recycled cotton HI’m too, is hand-embroidered all over to highlight the weave. The short sleeves in cotton silk Chanderi are hand-embroidered with an anaar butta. Front and back are lined in pink viscose silk. Sleeves are unlined. Mul mul lining available on request 

The Ira dupatta in georgette is hand-embroidered with metallic badla along the edges and pitta kaam bu Ta’s all over. It is 2.5m in length.

The set includes the Ira saree, Kavya choli, Ira dupatta, and a petticoat.

Hand wash the drapes cold, line dry in shade. The blouse can be spot cleaned and flat dried or dry cleaned when necessary. Plant-dyed hues age with time, as all things in nature do. 

Natural variations in colour and weave are part of the textile.

When the colour fades over years of wear, re-ceremonial offers a re-dye service to renew it.
